Kenneth Paul Block (November 21, 1967 – January 2, 2023) was a professional rally driver in the United States for the Hoonigan Racing Division, formerly known as the Monster World Rally Team. Block was also a founding member of DC Shoes.
He also competed in a variety of action sports, such as skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross. Block altered his business emphasis after selling his ownership of DC Shoes to Hoonigan Industries, an apparel manufacturer for auto fans. Before his death, he was the company’s co-owner and “Head Hoonigan In Charge” (HHIC).
